You must agree to the Terms and Conditions and pay a deposit of $400 per person to request a seat. You can pay your deposit online, by mail or by fax. We accept personal checks, money orders, bank drafts, and credit or debit cards (Master Card, Visa only ) for tour deposits and single supplements (if available).
Your final tour balance must be paid by personal check, money order or bank draft. We cannot accept credit cards for the final tour balance. Final tour payments are due 75 days before departure. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you fail to pay by the due date. To confirm a tour departing in less than 60 days full payment is required and the tour deposit is non-refundable.
Credit Card Holds: A credit card hold will reserve your spot for one week. If we do not receive your payment in the mail by then, we will process $15 on your credit card for administrative services and you relinquish your spot. If you use a credit card hold to reserve your spot, this acts as money in hand, therefore the same cancellation policies apply. If you cancel before you send your check, the cancellation penalty will be charged to your credit card.
LATE REGISTRATION
A $10 fee will be added to registration fees within 3 days of the event A $25 fee will be added for any weekend event that registers within the week of the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation policies apply (unless specifically noted in the trip description) regardless of when you registered, even for personal emergencies. Nor is there a refund for leaving a tour early or arriving late. The cancellation policy is based on the money that was due and not the money that Steppin' Out has in hand. For example, if you signed up for a trip and only gave a deposit, and then didn't cancel until 80 days prior, you would owe Steppin' Out 50% of the trip.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING--EMAIL IS SATISFACTORY IF FOLLOWED BY A PHONE CALL
Day Events: Refunds can not be made with less than 48 hour notice. 7-3 day notice...50% refund 14-7 day notice ..75% refund 14 days plus, full refund
Weekend events (Fri-Sun): Refunds cannot be made with less than 21-days notice. 45-21-day notice: 50% refund 45days plus: Full refund less $35 administrative fee
Longer Events, that include air: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 60 days (or less) prior to the event. Cancellations made 60-90 days notice 50% refund Over 90 day notice, there will be a $50 administrative fee Steppin' Out can not make exceptions to these policies for any reason, including personal or family emergencies.
TRIP COST
The total trip cost includes all accommodations, all meals and all activities, unless otherwise specified. Transportation to and from location is included only where noted. Steppin' Out does assist with car pooling for local events. NOTE: participants are responsible for unanticipated price increases (those occurring after the brochure is printed) in the area of transportation and accommodations.
